The company was first set up in 1978 by Mrs Malik trading through a local fruit and veg retail outlet in Cambridge. With help from her sons Tony and Nick the company has rapidly diversified into wholesale supplies; though they still offer the local community high quality produce through their high street shop in Cambridge.
Hilary's supply products to many local hotels, restaurants and Universities. During the past 20 years of trading the company has dealt with rapid expansion with passion and determination. This has enabled them to setup their operations in the heart of Cambridge. Here they have the latest warehouse facilities designed specifically for the cold storage of perishable produce. Being located in the city ensures swift response and deliveries to all local customers.
